Police update: Court remands accused person who threatened to harm some public officials

In a recent development, the Ghana Police Service brought an accused person, Mohammed Ibrahim, before the court in Accra on 13th September 2024. Following the arraignment, he was remanded into Police custody with a scheduled reappearance on 26th September, 2024, as stated by the police.

The accused, Mohammed Ibrahim, had been the subject of a manhunt since 9th September 2024, subsequent to the circulation of a video in which he was seen issuing threats.
