Manhunt Launched for Murder Suspect Prince Krah: GH¢100,000 Reward Announced

In a tragic turn of events, the Ghana Police Service has declared Prince Krah wanted in connection with the brutal murder of two individuals at Saki, near Tema Golf City. The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has announced a reward of GH¢100,000 for anyone providing credible information that leads to his arrest.



The suspect, believed to be approximately 30 years old, is being sought for the killing of a couple, identified as Ebenezer Kwabena Obiri, aged 45, and Mary Anim, aged 22. The victims were found dead in their shared chamber-and-hall apartment on May 1, 2026. The police report indicates that the male victim was last seen in the company of Prince Krah on the evening of April 30.


Details of the Case


According to a press release issued by the CID on May 6, 2026, a warrant for Krah’s arrest was issued on May 4 by the Kpone Magistrate Court. The suspect is described as being dark in complexion, approximately 5.7 feet tall, and of stout build. At the time he was last seen, he was reportedly wearing a Lacoste shirt and jeans.


Authorities have also revealed that Prince Krah is believed to be a military officer. This affiliation has raised concerns about his potential access to resources that could aid in evading capture. Preliminary intelligence suggests that he may currently be hiding within the Kakusunanka or Kamina Barracks areas in Tamale.


 Appeal to the Public


The Ghana Police Service has called on members of the public to assist in locating the suspect. Anyone with relevant information is encouraged to report to the nearest police station or contact emergency numbers 191 or 112. The police have assured the public that all information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
