In response to this unfortunate event, the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources has taken swift action by initiating a thorough investigation into the matter. Working closely with the appropriate security authorities, the Ministry is committed to ensuring that those responsible for this violence are held accountable under the full extent of the law.

As of now, four individuals have been arrested in connection with the clash, and we assure the public that justice will prevail. It is imperative that all stakeholders in the area remain calm as we work towards resolving this situation.

We understand the importance of maintaining peace and stability within the community and at the mine site. Rest assured, measures have been taken to restore calm and order in the affected areas.

The Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources condemns any form of violence and reaffirms its dedication to upholding the rule of law. Our thoughts are with the families and loved ones of those who have been affected by this tragic incident.
