We have received distressing news from the Asutifi North District Assembly in the Ahafo Region, and we are reaching out to the public for assistance. It has come to our attention that Lucy Tawuley was involved in a tragic accident, having been struck by a hit-and-run KIA truck driver near Goamu on March 29, 2024.

Following the accident, Lucy was promptly taken to the Asutifi North District Hospital in Kenyasi for medical attention. Regrettably, despite our best efforts, no family members have come forward to claim her. While her physical injuries have been treated, medical professionals have expressed concerns about her mental well-being and have recommended a psychiatric evaluation.

In light of this, the Asutifi North District Assembly has taken on the responsibility of covering Lucy's hospital expenses and other essential needs since the day of her admission. Furthermore, arrangements have been made to transfer her to the Ankafo hospital in the Central Region. However, it is imperative that we locate Lucy's family to inform them of the situation.

We are appealing to anyone with information that could help us reach Lucy's family to come forward. Please contact us at 0244862330 or 0246332621 with any relevant details.

This is a critical and time-sensitive matter, and we urge the public to assist us in reuniting Lucy Tawuley with her family. Your cooperation and support in this endeavor are greatly appreciated.
