She also highlighted that while laws are made by the people of Ghana, it is the judiciary's responsibility to administer justice, thereby emphasizing the crucial role of the judiciary in this process.
Furthermore, Chief Justice Torkornoo reiterated that the judiciary holds a "constitutional mandate" to administer justice and is therefore accountable to the people of Ghana.
