In a tragic and shocking turn of events in Tanoso near Abesim in the Bono Region, the community was rocked by a distressing incident. A 28-year-old man, known as Kaula Zeeba, brutally attacked and killed his 52-year-old close friend, Akwasi Richard, over a piece of a cigarette.
Reports from the area indicate that Zeeba had given a piece of cigarette to Akwasi, who allegedly smoked it without returning it, leading to Zeeba's intense anger. This resulted in Zeeba attacking Akwasi with a machete, causing severe injuries that ultimately led to Akwasi's untimely death.
