POLICE UPDATE: Two Additional Suspects Arrested In Connection with the murder of Cossy Hill Hotel CEO at Jirapa

We have received recent updates on the tragic murder of Eric Johnson, the Chief Executive Officer of the Cossy Hill Hotel (Jirapa Dubai) in the Upper West Region of Ghana. The Ghana Police Service has been diligent in their pursuit of justice, and their efforts have led to the arrest of two additional suspects in connection with the murder.




The CEO was discovered gruesomely murdered in one of the hotel rooms on Sunday, February 11, and this latest development brings the total number of suspects arrested to seven. Dookuuri Fausta, Braimah Kasim, Beyuo Felix, Michael Klugey, and Kumbata Kwaku were apprehended on the day of the murder.


Following the heinous crime, a team of investigators was deployed by the Inspector General of Police, George Akuffo Dampare, to collaborate with the Upper West Regional Crime Scene Management Team. Their joint efforts are focused on ensuring that all necessary measures and investigations are conducted to apprehend and prosecute the perpetrators.


In the most recent update from the Police Service, it has been revealed that two more suspects, Charles Tuoze and Favour Nuobe, both employees of the Cossy Hill Hotel, have been taken into custody and are currently assisting with the ongoing investigations.
